**We ask that you please honor this date to ensure that your ad is included in the program booklet.  The booklet must be formatted and then sent to print in a timely manner to be available for our guests at the gala.  Ad submissions received later than 7 days beyond the requested date are not guaranteed to be included in the program booklet.  However, the name/organization listed on the reply form with confirmed payment will be added to our donor list.  We appreciate your support, and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
